My Maytag LAT8504AAE Washing Machine is not advancing through the cycle properly. The timer advances, but other parts of the cycle do not activate consistently. If I manually move the switch, it will agitate, spin, and pump water out, but not consistently. The water inlet valve has been checked and there are no unusual noises from the motor. What could be the issue and is it worth fixing?
