I've tried replacing the main board, the display board, resetting the fridge, and it's been ongoing for 2 weeks. The fridge is making ice but has no controls on the door, and no water or ice can come out. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I lost the keypad function on the left side of my JJW9539 wall oven. The oven is electric and 15 years old. The issue started yesterday, and I have tried resetting the breaker. The clock and timer work, but any function on the left side and the numbers keypad do not work. The oven light works when the door is opened, and there was a whirring sound from the door during the reset. What could be the issue and how can it be resolved?
