My GE Profile refrigerator (model # PFCS1RKZA SS, about 10 years old) has dim LED lights and the front panel that shows the refrigerator and freezer temperatures is flashing erratically. I unplugged the refrigerator for 10 minutes and plugged it back in, but the issue persists. What could be the problem and what should I do?

My freezer and fridge are not working properly. The freezer has been inconsistent for three weeks, and now the fridge is also not cooling. I have a Maytag washer model MVWB450WQ2. When it finishes washing, the clothes are soaked. I verified it is draining and you can hear it spin when it’s filling. It sprays water in but stops, starts spinning like it’s sensing, then stops, starts filling, keeps doing this. What could be the issue and how can I diagnose it?
