The soap dispenser is not opening and the appliance does not finish a cycle. The appliance is a Kitchenaid, model ####-##-####. How long has this been going on with your KitchenAid soap dispenser? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?

My new electric oven, model NE63A6711SS, has a range light that won't come on. The light has never worked since installation. What could be the issue and what should I do?

The start button on my range does not work, and the middle range of numbers (2, 5, 8, 0) don't function when setting the oven temperature. The oven is gas and likely less than 5 years old. I've tried wiping down the pad, resetting, canceling, and turning the circuit breaker off/on. The oven works if I use the delay start button. What could be the issue and what should I do next?
