My heater light won't go out and no other buttons will work. The dishwasher worked fine the other day. Help! I have a service call in but what if I need a new one. This is about 4 years old. Thank you.

I have a Kitchenaid KCMS185JSS-3 microwave that is working intermittently. The timer on the touch panel always responds normally and counts down, but occasionally the turntable will not rotate and the oven will not heat. There is no sound from the oven that accompanies normal operation. What could be the issue and what can I try to fix it?

I have a KGYS700GQ1 gas dryer. The control system is acting oddly. The timer within the cycle control works, but the machine won't start when the start button is pushed. I have set the timer and find that the drum will spin as usual during the 'extra care' period of the normal cycle. The unit is about 12 years old. How can I determine what the problem is?
