My Jenn-Air microwave/oven combo is not working and is displaying an 'F2E1: Stuck/shorted key' error code. I have turned off the power at the breaker, waited, and turned it back on, but the microwave and oven still do not work. The microwave was purchased in September 2017 and is under a 5-year manufacturer's warranty. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Is the GE Model # JS760FL3Ds supposed to have a bottom heating element? The oven doesn't heat consistently, and the broil function doesn't work. We recently noticed that there doesn't seem to be a bottom element.
