Is my dishwasher, model GLD4406R10WW with serial number XXXXX, included in the recent recall due to an overheating element? It's a tall tub model and gets extremely hot on the high setting, making me afraid to use it. Please reply ASAP.

I have a Samsung top load washer with a door lock problem. The washer is from 2017, model WA45M7050A/A4. When it doesn't struggle to lock, everything is fine, but other times it clicks 12 times in sets of 2 and then shuts down. How do I fix this issue?

Our Maytag Plus (MZD2766GES) Refrigerator is having issues with the freezer section not being cold enough, water leaking from the bottom of the unit, and the refrigerator section not being cold enough. We suspect it may be the Adaptive Defrost Board and/or the Ice Maker Assembly. What do you think?

We have a Dacor French Door Refrigerator, Model EF36BNNFSS, which is about 2.5 years old. The handle on the freezer is coming loose. Where can I get a wrench or screwdriver to tighten the screws on each end of the handle? I tried several conventional US hex wrenches and none of them fit.

My LG dishwasher (Model Number LGID2475QF6A) is showing an 'i30' on the display screen and the water pump continues to run even after turning off the switch. The dishwasher washed dishes last night but was still running in the morning. I tried pouring water into the bottom of the dishwasher, and it pumped out correctly, but the pump never shuts off. Is there a reset I should try, or what could be causing this issue?
