My Kenmore Elite dryer won't heat. The ignitor starts up, stays on for about 5 seconds, then goes out. I've checked the thermistor, ignitor, gas valve coils, flame detector, and thermostats, all with normal readings. What could be the issue and what else can I check?

My Viking griddle only heats when turned to the highest setting. It has been like this since we bought the house 5 years ago. The griddle is at least 15 years old. I’ve only done a visual inspection and noticed that the thermostat is positioned in the valley directly under the griddle. Additionally, the light only comes on when set at high. Good morning, my Maytag front-loading washer (model #MHW6630HW2) is leaking from underneath. It's only 2 months old and started leaking over the weekend after we moved. Can someone come out to fix it?

My dryer (model LDG9806AAM) is not responding when I push the start button, and there is no voltage at the door switch. I believe it's the timer. Both springs on the drive motor are intact, but I'm not sure how to jump-start the motor or diagnose the issue further.
