My Kenmore Elite freezer stopped freezing, and the temperature settings only go from 8 to -6 degrees. I can't find the user manual or troubleshooting guide. The model number is 795.71043.012, and it was purchased in March/April of 2011. What should I do to troubleshoot and fix this issue?

I have an appliance from 1987 that stopped working. I was wondering if it has a fuse or some kind of breaker. It stopped working during our last outing and hasn't been used since. We borrowed it out and it didn't work. It was last used this spring and worked then, so I thought it might be a fuse.
