I have a KitchenAid Dishwasher Model KUDE40FXSS3. The Dry Light stays on all the time. When trying to run a Normal cycle with No Heat Dry off, the machine starts, does not pump water, stays on for approximately 10 minutes, then shuts off. The dishwasher is 7 years old and is on a dedicated GFI circuit. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

My Samsung dryer model DV400EWHDWR/AA starts and runs for about 5 seconds, then shuts off and recycles back on after about 30 seconds, repeating this cycle. The thermal fuse and heater element check out okay, and the moisture sensor shows no resistance when checked connector to connector. The dryer is about 3 years old and is already disassembled. What should I do next?
