I have a Whirlpool Duet washer that displayed an F01 error while washing whites in allergen mode. This is the first time it has happened. Why do I have to pay for support when my appliance is less than 30 days old? I am trying to install metal duct work and cannot make the 4" connection at the dryer. Is there a part for making the transition?
