My Kenmore HE2 Plus front-load washer, which is 12 years old, turns on, locks the door, and then shuts off after a few minutes. I've cleaned the drain filter and replaced the electronic control board, but now it fills with water, agitates, but won't spin or drain, and there are no error codes. What could be the issue, and is it worth fixing?

I have a Kenmore Elite front-loading washer, model 110 45996, purchased in 2004. The display is flashing 'F' and 'dL'. I turned it off using the cancel button and tried to restart it several times, but it doesn't start. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Whirlpool WED5100VQ1 dryer only heats during automatic dry, not in timed dry. How can I test to figure out what is wrong? I previously diagnosed a bad timer by checking continuity from a terminal to C, but this model has a timed dry without high heat. The temperature level is on another switch. How should I proceed with checking this dryer?
