My Kenmore laundry appliance (model number 5922-9227) is not draining completely. The basket shuts off with 12 minutes left in the cycle, and the tenant has to restart the spin cycle. I have checked the pump, lines, and tried to access the filter but couldn't. What could be causing this issue and what steps should I take to troubleshoot and potentially fix it?

The oven element won’t burn. I get about 10 ohms resistance. The model of my Frigidaire oven is Fef336fmf, and it's over 10 years old. This is a new problem. There is voltage to the element that goes off and on, and it sounds like a relay. Neither the bake nor broil functions work. The voltage at the element from terminal to terminal during bake mode is zero.

I have a front-load Whirlpool compact washer that cycles through fine in test mode but displays error codes F34 and F11 during this mode. In regular mode, the washer powers on, locks the door, and does a partial spin before unlocking and locking again, but then nothing happens.
