My KitchenAid 2-door freezer at the bottom with an ice maker keeps leaking. The refrigerator is slightly forward, about 4 years old, and a technician has already cleaned the back, but the issue persists. The floor of the freezer fills with water, freezes, and then leaks all over the floor. What could be causing this and how can it be fixed?

The little arm of the ice maker won't slide forward to the ON position and I'm not getting any ice. The ice maker's water filter was last replaced about 1/12 years ago, and the freezer/refrigerator is about 4 years old. This issue has been going on for a week or two, and I've only tried gently pulling the lever arm forward.

I have a Samsung fridge (model RF28T5001SR/AA) that is not cooling, both in the fridge and freezer sections. The display shows '-8' flashing for the freezer. I have tried holding the lock and freeze buttons for 3 seconds, and pressing the fridge and power cool keys for 6 seconds, but nothing seems to work. I don't hear any running sounds and there is no frost buildup. What should I do to troubleshoot and potentially fix this issue?
