My KitchenAid 5-door fridge (model KRMF706ess01) has an ice maker that hasn't worked since I bought it used. The water runs fine, and there are no error codes. The freezer is cold, but the ice maker isn't getting cold air, and no cold air comes out when the flap to the ice machine is opened. What could be the issue, and what steps should I take to diagnose and potentially fix it?

On our Kenmore oven, the "Bake" function does not work, but the "Broiler" function does. Sometimes, fiddling with the broiler can get the Bake function working. Model #790.96423409, Ser#VF60572263. What could be the issue and what should I check or replace?
