My KitchenAid dishwasher, model KDTM404EBL3, has a bottom arm that is not turning. The soap dispenser releases soap but it doesn't dissolve, and the dishes are not clean. There are no error codes or blinking lights, and the issue started three days ago after a glass broke during a cycle. I checked and think I removed all broken pieces from the drain. The bottom arm is on a ratchet and won't turn unless physically clicked. What could be the issue and what should I do?
