My KitchenAid fridge is beeping and alerting that the door is open, but it is not. The issue started when I opened the freezer, and we checked for ice accumulation but found none. After replacing the defrost thermistor and the control board, checking the thermistors for proper ohms, the heater and fuses for continuity, unplugging and checking the pins on the defrost harness, and tightening the gasket on the doors, my freezer is still freezing up. What could be the issue and what should I do next?
