My KitchenAid icemaker KUIX505ESS2 is not working. The icemaker turns on but water doesn’t stop pouring unless I press off. The ice was previously soft/not frozen solid, and the machine was turned off for some time. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?

There seems to be no power to my control panel on my GE Profile Harmony DPGT750EC1PL appliance. The light comes on when the door is opened, but the control panel doesn't respond as if it's unplugged.
