My LG LMXC23746S refrigerator, which is 6 years old, has started making an intermittent noise that sounds like a fan running and then stopping. I have cleaned a lot of dust from the back, but the noise persists. The noise stops when I open the freezer or refrigerator doors, and there is a clump of ice in the center of the freezer section. Is this part of the sealed system or the linear compressor, and is it still within warranty?
