I have a new KitchenAid dishwasher, Model KDFE 204KBL, serial # FCO301001, installed about 2 weeks ago. From the first use, I was unable to make the soap dispenser catch hold, so it falls out immediately. Is there a trick I do not know, or is it faulty, and what remedy do I need?
