My LG refrigerator model LMX25964ST sat in two inches of water for three hours after the ice maker's water supply burst. Now it does not work. The control panel lights are on and changes can be made, but there is no ice for days, and both the freezer and refrigerator are out. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Whirlpool Duet only runs on cold. If I try to use hot or warm, I receive an F20 error code. I've checked the inlet screens and they are all clear. Hot water is turned on. No kinks in hoses. The machine is a 2008. It worked for a couple of years then started this problem. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
