Replaced a filter and now no ice or water from the dispenser. Refrigerator is only one year old, just past warranty. Repairman came today and couldn’t figure out what to do. There is also an error code. What could be the issue and what DIY steps can be taken to resolve it?

I have a GE GTW840CSN0WS washing machine that powers on but doesn't start when I press the start button. It fills with water through the water station but drains and does nothing when I switch to a wash setting. I also have another older washing machine that is doing the same thing.
