How can I open a lower freezer door that sometimes is almost impossible to open because it gets off its track? I have had to pry it open on occasion, leaving dents on the door. Additionally, I accidentally left the freezer door ajar for several hours, causing high temperatures in both the top and bottom sections. Now, the temperatures have corrected themselves, but I can't open the freezer door.

My Samsung refrigerator model RFG237AARS, which is 4 years old, has an ice maker that is not discharging ice. The ice tray fills up, but the defrost mechanism is not kicking in to release the ice. What could be the issue, the fan or the circuit board? I plan to do the work myself if possible.

I have a KER1201PBS electric range, and the control buttons for the oven, including the clock and timer, have stopped working. The stovetop still works fine. Did I lock them out, and if not, what could be the issue?
