My Maytag Bravo XL front-load washer is stuck and keeps displaying F5 E3 error codes. I've unplugged it, but it didn't help, and I can't open the lid. The washer restarts the entire cycle even though it's almost done, and it keeps adding time. The problem seems to be that it gets to a point and won't spin, even though it's not off balance. What could be wrong, and what can I do to fix it?

My GE freezer model FUF2ODMERWH will not go below 50 degrees. There was some ice build-up on the bottom and the drain, which I cleaned. It worked for a couple of days, but now it's not working again. The fan is not running, and there is more frost on the evaporator coils. What should I check or do next?

My Jenn-air JGS8850ADS gas range, about 14 years old, has a malfunctioning door lock assembly that is no longer available. Can the lock assembly be disconnected so I can continue to use the oven without throwing a fault code?
