Hello, I have a Whirlpool fridge model WRF560SEYM00. There is ice in the back of the fridge and the fan is making noises every time it freezes up. I believe it may be the heater or the thermostat but not sure how to figure out which part is needed. I have defrosted it more than once and it froze up again after about a week. How do I test the heater and thermostat, and where can I find the thermostat in my model?

I have an LG over-the-range microwave, about 4 years old, that has stopped working; there is no power even though the power plug has electricity. I have tried unplugging it for a hard reset but it still doesn't power on. What could be the issue and how can I diagnose it?

I am repairing an Elna 9006 (similar to Janome 8000). On circuit board 'A', there is a two-pin header labeled 'CNAC'. The pins are labeled '1' & '2'. There is a two-pin B&W cable that I assume connects to the CNAC header. Is this correct? And if so, does white go to 1 and black to 2? The service manual I have is unclear.
