My Maytag Centennial washing machine, about 3 years old, is not progressing through the cycles as indicated by the dial. The lid lock is flashing and has locked the lid for over five minutes. The machine does not fill with water, drain, or spin properly. I have tried a hard reset by unplugging it for 24 hours, but the issue persists. What could be causing this and how can I fix it?

I have a pillow, a blanket, and a towel stuck in my washer. Can I have a repairman come to get them out? I've been trying to do it myself but can't get any of the items to move. What should I do?

We have a GE microwave model JVM1540DM5WW. The vent fan will not turn off unless the unit is unplugged. The unit is functioning properly in all other aspects. When in use, the fan drops to the 'normal' vent speed and then goes back to high speed vent blowing after the cook time is finished. Do you have any suggestions for repair?

Our Whirlpool Quiet Partner III dishwasher (model # GU2500XTPS1) has a control panel stuck with a flashing green light on 'pots & pans' and a green flashing '--' on 'time remaining'. The control panel does not respond to anything. We turned off the water while out of town for 3 weeks and turned it back on when we returned, noticing the blinking issue. What could be causing this and how can we fix it ourselves?

Our Whirlpool Duet Washing Machine has the Power Button stuck in. The model is approximately 3 years old, either W10394278A or W10394276A. We are considering doing the work ourselves. What is involved in accessing and fixing the control panel where the buttons are located?

My Jenn-Air JES9860BAS oven, which is ten years old, has an issue where the top element comes on full heat and burns everything when baking, but not broiling. This problem is sporadic and usually corrected by resetting the breaker. What part do I need to purchase to repair this issue?
