I just had a Maytag washer model MVW4505MW0 delivered yesterday. When I tried to use it, the lights flashed, and the lid would not unlock. I cannot get it open. I have tried unplugging it, pressing the pause button, and following the technician's instructions to disconnect it from the wall and hold the power button for 30 seconds. The door opened but still has water in the tub. I put it on Drain&Spin, but the lid lock doesn't activate, and the lights go back to the sense light when I release the start button. What should I do?
