The OverTempAlarm light is flashing in my JennAir Side-by-Side refrigerator (model JS42SEDUDW01, purchased in 2011). Last night, water was all over the kitchen floor near the refrigerator, and it appeared as if the ice/cold water dispenser had leaked. This morning, no ice dropped into the ice bin, and the refrigerator temperature is 57 degrees. The freezer temperature reads 0, but the food, including ice cream, appears soft. The refrigerator food is not cold. What could be the issue and what should I do?
