My Maytag Maxima washer has the motor running and the door locked (blinking), and it won't start the cycle. I've unplugged it numerous times, and I'm worried the motor will burn out. What could be the issue and how can I resolve it?

Our freezer is making a loud buzzing sound. It may be the fan - not sure. The freezer is a Sears Kenmore Coldspot, Model 106.53582300, and it is 14 years old. The settings were not changed recently and are set to medium. Do you plan on doing the work yourself, and is there anything else we should know to help you best?

I have an LG washer, model WM8000HVA, giving error code OE. I replaced the drain pump but still get the error. The washer does not drain automatically and I have to manually drain it. How can I diagnose and fix the issue?

My Whirlpool ED5VHEXVB00 refrigerator works perfectly one moment, but then the fridge side becomes room temperature and the freezer thaws everything. If I twist the thermostat or temperature selection knobs, the compressor starts and the circulating fan. This issue repeats every day or two. What could be the problem and how can I fix it?
