My oven won't heat. It's an electric oven, 20 years old, and started malfunctioning on Sunday. We tried turning off the circuit breaker for a minute and then turning it back on, which caused the oven to heat up to 159 degrees and then stop. Pressing the bake and broil buttons made it start again and reach 178 degrees before stopping. What could be the issue and what should I do?
