We have a Miele Advanta Series dishwasher. When we start it up, it runs for 5 to 10 minutes, then we get a beeping sound that lasts for 3 to 5 minutes. Then the washer goes into dry mode. When you open the dishwasher, all the various cycles are flashing (normal, economy, etc). What could be causing this issue?

Why do the boards in the Magic Chef combination washer dryers fail after minimal use? I have several MCSCWD20W3 items. Some of the boards seem to be unavailable through an experienced Magic Chef repairman. The units are highly unreliable. One has an error code, the second does not finish its cycles, and the third ceased to work but began functioning again after a long recess. The units were put in service about 2 years ago but only the shore unit has received any real use. Who makes the MC units?
