I am installing a Monogram 36" professional range top (Model # ZGU366N T1SS, Serial # RV900895P) in a 30" deep cabinet. The manufacturer recommends the front of the unit (where the control knobs are) to sit 2 1/2" in front of the cabinet face. However, the client prefers it to sit flush with the front of the cabinets and countertop. Is it possible to move the unit back 2 1/2" without causing any issues?

I purchased a Cuisinart coffee maker and had it in the box until my Brevil machine quit. I had it working for two weeks and it makes a sound but the pump is not working. What should I do? I am wheelchair-bound and have no way of taking it anywhere at this time. Ordered on Amazon. Your input would be appreciated.

My dryer is leaking water. It happened a few weeks ago, and I cleaned around the lines leading out of the dryer for lint, which temporarily stopped the leak. The dryer is a Maytag model YMED723OHC2, and it is 1 year old. What could be causing the leak, and how can I fix it?

I have a very old Kenmore washing machine model 909857 top load. It's the type of washer where you push the button in and turn to the desired level and pull the button back out to start the machine. Something clicked in place when I pushed the button in to select the wash cycle and now it will not start. Have you checked if the machine is receiving power and if the lid is properly closed? Is there anything else the Appliance Technician should know?
