My GE dishwasher model GDT695SSJ0SS is completely dead. I've replaced the main control board, the control board at the top of the door, and the door switch, spending $200 on new parts. The unit is hardwired, and the power supply has been verified with a meter. However, there are no lights on the control board, and I suspect a fuse in the wire harness #751 might be the issue. How do I proceed, and is there a way to access this fuse?

We have a KSSO48QTX02 refrigerator that doesn't make ice anymore. Water dispenses through the door and it makes a sound like it's trying to fill the ice tray but no ice. I tried turning the refrigerator off and back on again, and also toggling the on/off switch inside the freezer, but the red light is blinking. What could be the issue and what should I do?
