My Maytag top-load washer, bought in 1984, becomes unbalanced during the spin cycle even with small loads. It shakes and wobbles during the wringer cycle or when draining water. Is this due to worn-out bushings or something else?

We have a Hampton Bay Windward II ceiling fan. The light has stopped working after replacing the light fixture, putting fresh batteries in the remote control, and replacing the TCP ballast. The fan works fine, and there is constant power to the fixture. What else could be the problem?

I have a Westinghouse OL24 range from the 1950's. Where can I find a wiring diagram? Specifically, how the lower element is connected to the wires in the wall. There are 4 wires but only 2 connections on the element. I hope you can help! She's got life in her yet!

I have a Magic Chef range that continuously sends me error messages ('FO' being the most common) when I use the stovetop or oven. The display keeps clicking and I fear it might cause a fire. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Hi, we have a new (6 months) Maytag 4000. I just tried to start it, power came on but the start button didn't do anything. Unplugged it, plugged it back in, now the power button won't even come on. Checked the outlet, the circuit is not tripped. Help!
