My microwave model number is *. When the door closes, a sign comes on that says the door is not closed, the light bulb stays on, and the microwave oven does not come on. The tray sometimes continues to turn in a circle movement. What do you think my problem is?

I am a new laundromat owner and I had to replace the coin counter board. The replacement part is F0370410-10P, which came with a price of $1.50 preprogrammed. I would like to change that to $2.25. Can you give me instructions on how to do that with the new board?

I have a Samsung dryer (model number DV220AEW/XAA) that is about 5 or 6 years old. It will not change settings or start, and it is stuck on 53 minutes. I have tried unplugging it, but it did not help. Additionally, a smiley face icon blinks on and off in red on the display. What could be the issue and what should I check?

We took delivery of a brand new Whirlpool washer, model WFC700VW. The lights come on, the hoses are connected and working, but when I push 'start', it just goes 'clunk' and won’t start. I've already reported it to Home Depot, but can't get a tech within 48 hours. Home Depot suggests ordering a new one. Any other ideas?

I have a Samsung RF267AARS refrigerator with a water/ice dispenser through the door. The ice dispenser and ice maker are working, but the water dispenser has stopped working. I tried to change the filter but couldn't fit the new one, so I put the old one back. Since the ice maker is still working, I don't think it's the filter. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?
