My model agr5835qds oven bangs every time it calls for reheat to maintain heat. It has been converted to LPS by the dealer when new, and the gas pressure was checked by the gas supplier. What could be causing this issue and how can it be fixed?

My 9.9 top freezer refrigerator worked great for 3 months, but now the freezer is super cold and the refrigerator is barely cool. I raised the fridge temp with no change, and the freezer knob broke off when I tried to turn it down. The freezer had been at one tick colder than center with no problem until now. Could unplugging the unit reset it? What should I do about the temp knob? Also, I noticed items backed up on the freezer vents, and the noise seemed to abate after clearing them. Should I be able to feel cold air entering the fridge, and would the warranty part for the freezer include the temp control?
