I have a Bosch Silence Plus 44 dba dishwasher, and the door mechanism (spring?) stopped working last week. Instead of opening gently, the door drops abruptly when the latch is open. This is concerning because I have 4 small kids who could be hurt by this. Is there a spring or strut I can repair/replace to fix this issue?
