I have an older Bosch dishwasher with the model number FD 7601 360244. I was told it's 22 inches deep, and I ordered a new one that is 24.3 inches deep. I'm concerned about whether the new dishwasher will fit due to possible pipes behind the old one. Should I cancel the order for the new Frigidaire model FDSH4501AS, which is also 24.3 inches deep?

I can't open the bottom tray of my Maytag 4000 Model # MHWE 400ww01, which is about 7 years old. I've removed the two screws but it still won't open. The appliance has been having problems draining and now there is a very bad smell. I believe the plug needs cleaning out. What should I do to open the tray and address the drainage issue?
