My new Whirlpool washer model 626MHW8630HW is locked and will not run a load of sheets. The machine is only 8 weeks old in my home. How long has this been going on with your Whirlpool washer? What have you tried so far? Is there anything else the Appliance Expert should know before I connect you?

My Frigidaire refrigerator model #LGHB2867TDO has a frozen/clogged drain line. Ice accumulates in the bottom of the refrigerator section and eventually leaks through the door seal. The fridge is about 4 years old and this issue has been ongoing for about 6 weeks. I remove the ice buildup weekly, but I can't figure out where the drain is located. What could be causing this issue and how can it be resolved?
