My oven was on self-cleaning mode when the power went out in the neighborhood. Now, the power is back on, but the oven won't turn on, and I can't open the door. Is my oven gas or electric? How old is it? How long has this been going on with your oven? What have you tried so far? Anything else we should know to help you best?

I have an LG convection oven with a new fan installed. Sporadically at around 400 degrees, it starts making a sound that seems to come from the fan. The sound is sporadic and doesn't occur below 400 degrees. Is this due to metal expansion and rubbing, or is it a motor vibration issue?

I have an in-wall oven model number JTP30S M2SS. The control touch pad on the front of the oven is damaged. The oven is gas and was new in 2009. Can you provide the part number or supply a replacement control touch pad?
