I have a Duet HT Model WFW9200SQA12. This morning it will not engage, just beeps three times. I have removed all clothes and put them back in, removed the soap tray and reinserted, pushed on the door to ensure it's engaged, and unplugged/replugged. What is wrong?

I have a Whirlpool range with a self-cleaning oven. When I started the auto-clean, the range began making a loud clicking noise, so I pressed the off button. Now the oven door is open, and the latch went to lock. I cannot close the oven door. How can I resolve this issue?
