My refrigerator is making ice and the water dispenser works fine, but the flap where you dispense cube or crushed ice no longer works. This issue started about a week ago, and my house recently experienced a freezing storm in Texas with no electricity or water for a week. Upon return, the refrigerator still worked, but the ice dispenser stopped after a couple of days. What could be the issue and what should I do?

I have an Amana top-loading washer, model NTW4516FW3, purchased on 26 Mar 2020. It's used once a week, and for the last 4 weeks, there has been water on the floor when the load is ready for the dryer. The hoses do not show moisture, and I always use cold water. What could be causing this issue?
