My refrigerator is not getting very cold. The model number is XXXXX 25 cu ft. The control panel was blinking and the ice door was opening and closing yesterday. Now it looks like all is well but it isn't getting very cold. I placed a thermometer inside it and it is reading around 60 degrees and it says 38 on the outside. I have pressed the Max cold button several times but it doesn't help. I also cleaned the coil on the bottom of the fridge too. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My Samsung French door fridge (freezer on the bottom) RF267ABRS has an intermittent ice maker issue. Sometimes it works, and most of the time it doesn't. The water dispenser works fine. What could be the problem and how can I troubleshoot it?

I opened up the door panel to look at the door latch and saw the sensors, but earlier you mentioned replacing the door latch with part # XXXXX. Do I also need to replace the sensors? If the latch closes fine, can I just replace the switches? What could cause a pop noise when the dishwasher stops working, and what should I check next if the switches are okay?
