Need a program guide for our Speed Queen SWT521WN with Control Panel 39096 to change the price. The appliance is 12 years old, parts are readily available, but I can't find a program guide for the 39096 control panel. I am able to program all of our other Speed Queen Coin-op machines, but I am not familiar with the 39096 Control Panels and how to program them.

I have a Kitchen Aid fridge with an ice maker issue. The ice maker has been malfunctioning since 2019, with ice freezing up in the container and not coming out of the chute. The ice tray only empties out half the cubes, and the rest are stuck. The motor of the ice crusher works. A technician from Sears was unable to help because he has no contract with Whirlpool and cannot access the diagnostic menu. I need someone directly from Whirlpool to come to my house. What should I do?

The control panel of my 8-year-old gas convection oven (model PGB930SETSS) doesn't work. None of the buttons needed to turn on the oven (e.g., bake, broil) respond, but the digital clock is working and displaying the correct time. All of the burners work. The 'Clear off' button is the only button on the panel that responds, beeping if pressed. What could be the issue and how can I fix it?
