My Samsung front loader washing machine is making excessive noise and vibration while draining. It's been like this for 5-6 months, and the inner spinning cylinder bites the seal rubber edge at the 7 o'clock position. The gap between the cylinder and the outside circular edge is uneven, narrow at the lower left and wider northeast. I haven't done anything other than making sure the washer is stable on the floor. What could be the issue and what should I do?

My water dispenser inside the refrigerator does not work. I tried to change the filter, but a piece of plastic broke off, and I cannot remove the filter. I need to replace the plastic holder for the filter. Can I order that?
