My Thermador cooktop is locked and flashing a red E. I held the lock indicator in for 5 seconds, but it's still locked. I don't know where to unplug it since it's a permanent cooktop. What should I do?

I received a Lock and Lock set of eight multicolor nesting rectangle sets from QVC, and one of the lids does not work. QVC suggested I contact the manufacturer, but the items are already in use and in my freezer. What should I do?

What would cause a Kenmore top-load washer to get stuck at the rinse/spin, drain/spin cycle, not all the time though, and more likely with bulky loads like jeans or blankets?

I have an older front-loading Samsung washer that won't spin fast anymore. It's about 7 years old, and it started happening last week after I think it was overloaded. It still washes fine but doesn't fast spin as it used to. What could be the issue, and what should I check or try?

The ice dispenser on my Whirlpool refrigerator model WRF954CIHZ02 is not working. The fridge is only a couple of years old, the water filter is not the issue, and the ice maker makes ice perfectly. I have replaced the auger motor, tested the ice bucket switch, and the micro switch at the dispenser lever, but there is no power going from the micro switch to the auger motor. There are three control boards in the fridge, and I need to know which one to replace to fix the issue.
