My dryer is not working; it spins but there's no hot air. The dryer is 3 years old, and I have checked the ducts and cleaned the filter. The issue started on Saturday, and I have unplugged the dryer to no avail. The model number is GUD27ESSM0WW, and the dryer sounds normal while running. The timer also moves, but the bottom doesn't move on any cycle. What could be the issue, and what should I do?

The controls on my washer are locked, and holding the soil button is not unlocking them. I've tried unplugging the washer for 60 seconds, holding the soil button for 3 seconds, turning it off and on, disconnecting it from the wall and holding the power button down for 30 seconds, and removing and reseating the connectors inside the control board. What else can I do to unlock the controls?
