My top-loading washer, which is 14 months old, recycles to rinse but instead of emptying and going to spin, it goes back to wash and stops. This has been happening for about 2 months. I have tried shutting off and restarting, but it does the same thing. What could be the issue and what can I do to fix it?

For both my washer and dryer, the drums are making very loud noise when they spin, even though they are working properly. Both machines are top-loading and 20 years old. What could be causing this noise and what should I do to fix it?

I have a Private Reserve Wine Cellar model CEC-600 with serial number 70526 or 8 (hard to read). It was working before I moved from New Jersey to Florida in December, but it hasn't worked since. The wine cooler runs but doesn't get cool. What can be done to fix it, and are there any repair companies in the West Palm Beach/Palm Beach Gardens area?
