My Jotul 600 propane appliance, which is 10 years old, has been making a popping and hissing sound when it ignites. This sound goes away if I turn it off and immediately relight it. I have cleaned the appliance and possibly did not place the logs back correctly. Could this be due to an air shutter adjustment or incorrect log placement? How can I locate and adjust the air shutter on this model?

My KitchenAid refrigerator is stuck in sabbath mode. I've tried holding the sabbath button for 3 seconds and then 10 seconds, turning the power off for 10 minutes, and pressing the light and option buttons. The touch controls are not responsive. What should I do?

When I push the power button, 'LOL' flashes on the screen and the washer won't start. My washer is a front-loading model, 10 years old. This is the first time this has happened, and it occurred after I washed a load and put them in the dryer with a load of towels, some of which were wet.
