My washer is not draining. I have checked the pump for debris, which was clear, and the lines, which were also clear. The pump turns well in both directions, but nothing moves when I do that. Could the shaft that drives the pump be broken?

I have a GE PowerVent Model#GG40T6PF00 water heater with a noisy motor. I've taken it apart a couple of times but can't figure out how to get oil to the front motor bearing. I can't find a way to access a set screw to remove the blower wheel, so I assume it's screwed onto the motor shaft. If so, it should unscrew in the same direction the motor turns to avoid unscrewing when running. They want half the price of a complete new water heater for a new blower assembly. How can I access the front motor bearing and remove the blower wheel?

I was doing a steam roast. After pre-heating, I opened the oven door to put a Cornish hen inside, but the oven suddenly went dead. I have checked both the plug and the circuit breaker, and both are fine. What could be the issue?
